All work is based on approved quotation and material availability.
2. Quotations
All quotations:
- subject to availability
- subject to material availability
- may change if scope or specifications change
- may include lead time
- valid only during quoted period
Production begins only after approval.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed:
- advance payment may be required
- balance payable on invoice or completion
- VAT applies in accordance with UAE regulations
- unpaid balances may delay delivery or installation
4. Artwork Approval
Customer is responsible for final approval of:
- spelling
- dimensions
- quantity
- logo placement
- artwork
- colors
- customization details
Once approved and production begins, revisions may require additional charges.
5. Production & Delivery
Production and delivery timelines are estimates.
Delays may happen due to:
- supplier lead times
- artwork revisions
- customer approval delays
- logistics
- customs
- weather
- force majeure
AH Advertising will communicate delays where practical.
6. Installation
Customer agrees to provide:
- site access
- required approvals
- safe working conditions
AH Advertising is not responsible for delays caused by building management restrictions or third-party approvals.
7. Promotional Gifts & Customized Products
Customized products may vary slightly due to:
- supplier stock
- material finish
- print method
- production batch
Reasonable variations are standard in custom production.
8. Customer Materials & Intellectual Property
Customer retains ownership of submitted logos, artwork and branding.
Customer confirms permission to use submitted materials.
AH Advertising is not responsible for copyright or trademark claims related to customer-provided content.
Completed project photos may be displayed in AH Advertising portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing.
9. Returns & Refunds
Customized or approved production work may not be refundable once manufacturing begins.
Refund requests are reviewed depending on project stage and completed work.
10. Website Use
All content displayed on AH Advertising website including company logo, service information, catalog materials and portfolio images belongs to AH Advertising unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, misuse or reproduction is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
AH Advertising is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Liability is limited to the approved quotation or invoice value of the project.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute shall be handled by the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
